Just a short walk down the street, you'll find our community clubhouse, featuring a basketball court, outdoor pool, children's playground and picnic area.

The Lone Tree Golf Course and nearby walking paths are also just a short distance away


SAFETY:

Motion activated exterior security devices. These devices record video, audio and are located at front door and above the garage. (facing out) There are no cameras located in the backyard for your privacy.

The pool is not fenced (supervision mandatory for young children)

We have a self closing sliding door to prevent young children getting out to the pool unsupervised.

PARKING: 

Driveway (2 vehicles), garage (1 vehicle), you are welcome to park one vehicle in the garage using the garage door opener. Please return after use. Free street parking

Guests have full access to the entire home except one locked closet in the home.

We have pool toys for kids and a recliner for adults stored in the storage box near the pool along with an air pump to add air.
